ACT College was established with a charter class of 47 students in three disciplines. The founding vision was to create an institution that balanced theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

After five years of operating in temporary facilities, the college moved to its first permanent campus featuring modern classrooms, laboratories, and a dedicated library.

The college celebrated its first graduating class of 182 students. The commencement speaker was Nobel Laureate Dr. Helen Porter, who emphasized the importance of lifelong learning.

The Center for Innovation and Research opened, providing state-of-the-art facilities for faculty and student research projects across multiple disciplines.

ACT College established international partnerships with 12 universities across 8 countries, creating study abroad opportunities for students and faculty exchange programs.
